After shopping on Cargurus and other sights for over a month and going to see over 40 cars at about 15 dealers, i was led to WS Auto Sales. There i found a Honda Pilot. Compared to other Pilots and other 7 passenger vehicles that i had been looking at, this was very reasonable priced. Bill the owner, let me take the vehicle out for a test drive without any interference from him. This isnt done at many dealerships. While I was out on the test drive for about 20 mins, Bill had a price for my trade in waiting when i returned. We had a deal within mins. I have owned the car for only 16 days but have already taken it from Albany, New York to Phiilly then on to Virginia and it performed beautifully!!!!
Bill was very easy to deal with. Very quick on replying to my questions and when we agreed upon a price, he held the car for a couple of days without a deposit, even though he had people stop by and offer to buy the car. The day of the sale, he called when I was on my way and told me the radio stopped working and took some money off the price to compensate. If and when I am ready for another purchase, I would not think twice about using him. Thanks Bill!

Our experience was great. We called Bill and explained that we were over 3 hours away but we were VERY interested in an Audi TT that he had just listed for sale. He said he would hold the car for us to look at. He got 4 calls from other interested parties but we were the only ones that were en route. The test ride was quick and the deal was made a few minutes afterwards. There were a few things that needed fixing and they were taken care of when we returned. No fuss, no muss, just a good car at a fair price. Interestingly enough, another buyer came in while we were finishing the paperwork and he wanted the car!! Thank you Bill and your staff for a no nonsense, no game playing experience. That's the way it should always be!
